Our Home Safety team do repair and maintenance jobs to help older people stay safe at home.

One of the biggest issues for older people in remaining independent in their own homes is general home maintenance and keeping the home safe and usable over time.

Our Home Safety team do a range of jobs from simple repairs to fitting key safes and securing doors and gates to ensure older people are safe at home and care providers have safe access to them.

Fitting and repairing key safes
Securing doors/windows
Securing external gates
Fire Service referral-smoke/CO2 alarms
Medical Boxes-installation and set up
Small plumbing jobs-taps, washers etc.
Small general repairs
Trip hazard fixes

Some services are chargeable and materials are charged for at cost.
